Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, even if the product has not been opened.
We strongly recommend purchasing our Experience Set (3×10ml) to explore our scents before committing to full-sized bottles.
Exceptions are made only in cases of:
